Invisalign 101 – Good DentistsGood Dentists

A desire for many. Looking for a perfect smile without the time costs, expense, or look of braces? Perhaps Invisalign is an option that is worth considering. In this short video, essentials of Invisalign are discussed.

Invisalign can be used to straighten your teeth without revealing your face. For more information about Invisalign you should consult your dentist.

After you’ve been assessed and accepted for the procedure by your dentist, they will draw impressions of your tooth. An impression is taken using an impression tray then placing the mold in your mouth. The lab is able to create your own custom-designed lining and your requirements by creating the mold of your own teeth.

The impressions are then sent to the dentist for review, and the Invisalign software will begin to determine how they would like your teeth to shift. After approval, these invisible liners are made. Then, you can test the new aligners and make sure that they fit.

The Invisalign liners should be replaced every two weeks. They also require to be moved slightly in order for your teeth to get used to them. In order to eat, drink, and washing, these liners have to be removed.
